Report a reaction.

If you’ve had a reaction to one of our products, a rash, irritation, swelling or anything else that worried you, please tell us here. Stop using the product, and if the reaction is severe or getting worse, see a doctor or pharmacist first. Filling in this form takes about five minutes; photos of the reaction and of the batch code on the pack are really helpful but not essential. We’ll acknowledge your report by email, may get in touch if we need more detail, and where the law requires it we’ll pass the information to the relevant safety regulator.
